Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and GBPN LLC ("we", "us") about the use of Motorsports Meetup ("the app"). When you create an account or use the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old and have a US mobile number. You are responsible for your account and what happens with it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

We do not allow content or behavior that is objectionable or abusive. You must not post or send:

Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or content that attacks people for who they are.
Sexual content, nudity, or graphic violence.
Content that promotes illegal activity, including illegal street racing, stunts on public roads, or reckless driving.
Spam, scams, fake events, or impersonation of other people or businesses.
Other people's private information, or content you do not have the right to share.

We check new content, and we review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and ban the accounts that post it. You can report content or people with the ••• button, and block people so you do not see each other's content.

Events and safety

Events are created by users and other organizers, not by us, unless we say so. We do not check, run or supervise events, and we are not responsible for what happens at them. Obey traffic laws, the rules of the venue, and the host's rules. Car events can be dangerous: you go at your own risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, show and share your content in the app and to promote the app, for as long as it is in the app. You confirm that you have the right to post it.

Our app

The app, its design and its software belong to us. Do not copy, change, reverse engineer or misuse it, or use it to collect other users' data.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

No warranty and limited liability

The app is provided "as is". Event details come from hosts and other sources and may be wrong or change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at an event, and our total liability is limited to US$100.

Apple

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple's standard license terms also apply.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may change these terms; we update the date at the top and tell you in the app about big changes. Questions: eric@gbpn.com.
